Pick an amount, pick the Crown or a House, and see exactly where every part of it goes — before you sign anything.
1 · How much
$= 50,000 REALM at $0.10
A Castle needs at least 10,000 REALM ($25 at today's price).
2 · The Crown, or a House
The Crown pays its own rate, whatever any stock does. A House pays a rate set every close from its stock’s 30-day move: a gain counts five times, a loss twice, and the result is held between half and twice what the Crown pays. You cannot switch later.
3 · Where it goes
You have 24 hours to change your mind. For the first day your Castle is scaffolding: it earns nothing, and you can abandon it and take 90% back. The 10% tithe is burned at the moment you raise and does not come back — it goes to nobody, including us.
The deed your Castle will carry, exactly as the contract draws it and a marketplace shows it. It starts as a palisade and grows with each day you fortify.

What you are agreeing to
The REALM you raise leaves you permanently. It is not a deposit you withdraw.
Your Castle is recorded at the full amount and pays its House's rate on that, each day, from that vault.
A vault pays while it has coin. Today: Crown , Houses .
After the first 24 hours the way out is selling the Castle to someone else.
The builders may draw up to 1% of a vault, at most once every 6 days (no more than 5% a month) for marketing, announced on-chain 72 hours before. Every REALM drawn is one the vault cannot pay out.
