The vaults
This is the page Universe never had. Two vaults, what each holds, how long each can keep paying, everything that moved, and every change we have ever made — with the addresses to check it yourself.
The Crown's Runway Road
How far the Crown vault can walk at today’s rate, and the milestones along the way.
Past the red line the vault cannot pay in full without new raises. The governor halves rates before that happens — it does not wait for the wall.

The creator fee
Every trade of REALM pays a 3% creator tax on top of the launchpad's 1% fee. The launchpad credits the owner's own wallet with the tax plus 70% of its fee: 3.7% of every trade, in USDG. It is the owner's income. It is paid by the launchpad, never out of a vault.
The Admin Log
Every change we have queued or executed, and every time the Court sat. Nothing happens to this protocol that is not on this list.

Powers and limits, in full
We can
- Who holds these powers: one wallet, the owner’s. It is not a multisig: one key signs every change on this list. Every change still waits its notice period on-chain and appears in the Admin Log before it lands, whoever signs it.
- Crown rate: anywhere between 0.25% and 3% a day, by at most half a point at a time, with 24 hours notice.
- House leverage and caps: leverage 1×–5× each way (5× up, 2× down today), floor and cap between ¼× and 2½× the Crown rate, with 72 hours notice.
- Add a House whose stock has a price feed on this chain, with 72 hours notice. Never remove one that has Castles.
- Collect tax: between 10% and 35%, and how much of it is burned rather than left in the vault, with 72 hours notice. No part of it can be paid to a wallet.
- Minimum raise: between 1,000 and 5,000,000 REALM, with 24 hours notice. It starts at 10,000.
- Creator fee: paid by the launchpad to the owner’s wallet, which can send it to another address at any moment, without notice. It is the owner’s income and never comes out of a vault. The tax rate itself is fixed at launch and cannot change.
- Marketing draw: at most 1% of a vault, at most once every 6 days per vault (no more than 5% a month), announced on-chain 72 hours before, paid only to the marketing wallet, never while paused, never once a sunset is queued. It has its own limit and uses none of the holders’ 5% a day. That limit is written into the vault itself, which has no owner and cannot be upgraded; we may draw less. It binds the draw, not our code: the vault cannot tell who a payment is for, so an upgraded version of our code could pay anyone out of the 5% a day holders are paid from. What stops that is the 5% itself and the seven public days every upgrade waits. It is the one path from a vault to us, and every draw is in the Admin Log below. Every REALM drawn is one the vault cannot pay out.
- Marketing wallet: change where a draw is paid, with 72 hours notice.
- Pause: raising and collecting, for up to 48 hours, once a week at most.
- Refund: any Castle, to its own owner, never above what it put in minus what it took out.
- Sunset: wind a vault down on a 30-day timelock. No new raises from the day it is queued; once it matures, collecting and fortifying stop, every standing Castle takes its share of the vault by value, and a Castle that never stood takes its 90% back.
We cannot
- Mint REALM. There is no mint function in the token.
- Move either vault anywhere except to Castles and the bounded marketing draw opposite. There is no withdraw, no sweep and no migration function, and the vault contract itself has no owner.
- Change what a Castle is owed. Accrual is arithmetic on a published accumulator; the only way to touch it is a logic upgrade, which takes 7 public days and can never move more than 5% of a vault a day, plus the marketing draw’s separate 1% every 6 days, to anyone. Both limits are in the vault, which cannot be upgraded. The vault cannot tell who a payment is for, so those two limits and the seven days’ warning are the protection.
- Change the creator tax. The launchpad fixes it at launch.
- Set a House's rate by hand. The Court reads the close; nobody types a number.
- Freeze or blacklist a wallet. No such function exists.
- Block the 24-hour abandon. It works even while everything else is paused.
- Upgrade a vault. Neither has a proxy or an owner.
Verify it yourself
Universe passed a real audit and then swapped the audited code out forty times. So the check that matters is not the badge — it is whether the code running right now is still the code that was audited. That comparison is on this page, live.
